RIS False Permissions ErrorOccasionally, when trying to Ghostcast a disk image onto a lab machine, the imaging user will see the RIS error “Unable to create or modify computer account [userid+character]”. We only allow users belonging to a particular security group the rights to deploy images, so it's not really a permissions error. What it has turned out to be each time is that the UUID (or, in AD, the
netbootGUID) is incorrectly set in the machine's AD account. Sometimes we move physical machines around in our labs, and AD UUIDs can get out of synch with the machine
