Comment #1 :: link :: December 1, 2008 10:25 AMFor a special $165 ticket, you must block a "pedestrian ramp." Even if said ramp is in the middle of a block -- I guess the handicapped want to jaywalk, too.
Ah well, it's been a long while since we've been ticketed.
